Key Responsibilities

•Lead the assessment of client environments and their current challenges to discover, develop and deliver digital solutions fit for purpose and enabling customers to achieve outcomes and benefits.
•Manage the interface and transition from legacy systems, including the shutdown and archiving of solutions.
•Conduct user training and manage organizational changes that arise due to implementation and usage of solutions.
•Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, end-to-end data processes, governance documents and security specifications.
•Identify opportunities for improvement and promote these ideas across teams while inspiring others through commitment and enthusiasm.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer/ Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
•10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business management, software development, project management or information technology
•5+ years of leadership experience
•Strong background in delivering digital transformation and consultancy projects across sectors (real estate, transport, utilities, etc)
•Experience in Data and Digital roles (Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Digital Architect) and knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction industry
