Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store team goals by educating customers and assisting with in-store promotions and events.
  • •Help in various store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
