The Global Staff Accountant role supports accurate, timely financial reporting in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. You will own and assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, payroll-related accounting, and the implementation of scalable processes to increase automation and accuracy across Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own or support recurring month-end close activities (journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, expenses allocations).
•Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items to ensure accuracy.
•Support payroll-related transactions, incentive compensation accounting, and related tax/benefit processes.
•Provide financial reporting support, including preparing schedules and variance explanations for monthly statements and audit requests.
•Lead or assist in implementing scalable commission/incentive management solutions and drive process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.

•Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
•Must possess high ethics and integrity and be a self-starter.
