Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts and budgets, including financial EACs for contracts or programs.
  • •Perform analysis of resource forecasts and control account EACs and initiate variance analyses to explain operational and financial performance.
  • •Compile data from multiple sources and create performance reports, including recommendations based on financial and business knowledge.
  • •Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value and variance analyses.
  • •Reconcile non-labor material cost accounts monthly/quarterly and support new contract mod baseline updates for assigned teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of finance experience (e.g., financial operations, cost management, accounting, estimating, FP&A, contracts, or procurement financial analysis).
  • •3+ years using Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets).
  • •3+ years of experience working independently with minimal on-site management support.
  • •Ability to communicate and present financial performance, risks, opportunities, and issues to executive leadership.
