Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement training and development programs based on organizational needs analysis.
  • •Select and evaluate professional trainers, training companies, and internal speakers/support staff.
  • •Develop educational programs, forecast budget requirements, and maintain accurate training reports and records.
  • •Monitor training quality and conformance, and evaluate non-clinical and leadership/administrative programs to improve curricula.
  • •Coordinate planning and implementation with involved speakers and support staff/departments, and support SCHS accreditation of training programs for CME hours where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in education, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • •Five (5) years’ work experience.
  • •Excellent communication and guidance skills.
  • •Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • •Strong report writing and record keeping ability, with good computer and database skills.
