•Identify, Position, Plan and Prioritise business development activities in the region.
•Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and position AECOM as a prime consultant in the region by market share and reputation.
•Develop and maintain existing client relationships, build trusted advisor status, and ensure delivery on major projects.
•Lead major pursuit proposals with National Authorities and partners to win new work.
•Set projects up for success and help project teams deliver newly-won projects.

•Track record of achieving and exceeding financial KPIs and driving business growth
•Track record of winning work and exceeding business growth targets
•Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships and work backlog with new and existing clients
•Experience with regional clients (National infrastructure, local authorities, construction contractors)
