Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical support for installation, upgrades, integrations, and startup activities for HP PageWide Web Press systems.
  • •Install, configure, calibrate, troubleshoot, validate, and optimize press equipment and related subsystems to ensure readiness and performance.
  • •Perform diagnostics and root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, software, and system interface issues; execute system testing and validation.
  • •Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, system documentation, and engineering specifications; support wiring and subsystem connections.
  • •Mentor and coach new technicians, share knowledge, and recommend process improvements to increase installation efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate Degree or Technical Diploma/Vocational Certification (or equivalent) with 6+ years of related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting and servicing complex industrial equipment in customer production environments.
  • •Experience installing, commissioning, and supporting HP products or comparable industrial systems.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading and interpreting schematics and engineering drawings.
  • •PLC programming, troubleshooting, and controls experience; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
