Job Summary

Own and evolve global accounting and tax product roadmaps, partnering with Finance and ERP teams to ensure journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation align with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Lead an Agile Squad with backlog and incident management, drive product lifecycle and catalog consistency, and progressively take ownership of internal accounting processes. Work with systems including BlackLine, Cegid, invoice reconciliation, and ERP/SAP S4 HANA, while guiding adoption of best-in-class practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage an Agile Squad to deliver business value through roadmap, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day facilitation.
•Gather and translate demands into features, and manage product lifecycle activities including vision, user stories, and value consolidation.
•Ensure product catalog consistency and manage updates between the product/service catalog and the overall portfolio.
•Lead L2/L3 incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution for the supported products.
•Manage resources and budget for the scope, including forecasting, variance analysis, and tracking ROI and costs.

•Master’s degree in engineering or business school.
•7+ years of experience with strong accounting principles knowledge (IFRS, reconciliation processes, journal entries).

•SAP experience (SAP Savvy).
