Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, including company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with project controls and project cost/contractor stakeholders.
  • •Prepare integrated planning, baseline schedules, and ongoing schedule updates; develop master schedules with resource and cost loading.
  • •Conduct schedule analysis including critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis, and analyze testing and commissioning schedules.
  • •Track, quality-assure, and report schedule performance; generate labor histograms and provide oversight for schedule-related data from vendors and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
  • •A recognized relevant university degree.
  • •Experience delivering scheduling functions within the energy sector, specifically midstream/pipeline.
  • •Proficient/expert use of project scheduling tools including MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Fuse.
  • •Quality control experience, including ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
