Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
  • •Own headcount tracking, reporting, and company-wide analysis.
  • •Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts, including variance analytics.
  • •Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to deliver decision support, budget-to-actual feedback, and cost management.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical/reporting role.
  • •Expertise building and updating complex three-statement long-term financial models.
  • •Strong Excel skills with advanced data/financial operations.
  • •Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
  • •Experience with CRM/analytical tools such as Salesforce and Tableau or Power BI.
