Key Responsibilities

•Review all content before publishing (copy, visuals, and format) and provide sharp, specific feedback.
•Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and creative direction; translate winning patterns into repeatable playbooks.
•Lead integrated campaign planning and execution (digital and on-ground), including brief, timeline, asset coordination, and post-mortems.
•Maintain blnk’s brand voice and consistency across touchpoints, including messaging frameworks and brand guideline updates.
•Champion AI-powered workflows and internal engagement campaigns; coordinate suppliers and act as a marketing interface for sales/product/compliance.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years in brand, creative strategy, content, or marketing with a track record of elevating team output.
•Strong creative taste and the ability to defend creative decisions with clear feedback on copy and visuals.
•Daily hands-on AI experimentation, testing new tools and building workflows for creators and designers with human judgment.
•Strong Arabic (write, rewrite, and direct at a high level); English is professional.
•Comfort with data and performance dashboards to form hypotheses, adjust direction, and improve campaigns.
