Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Armenian and English.
  • •Ability to complete and maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks.
  • •Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems; knowledge of retail products and services.
