Job Summary

Join the Client Enablement (CE) team to deliver a smooth onboarding and configuration experience for Airwallex customers across the US and globally. You’ll be responsible for client account readiness for transactions, working with Commercial and Solution Engineering to configure pricing and account capabilities, and partnering with Product and Operations to improve onboarding at scale. The role supports a growing US business and maintains accurate account settings throughout each customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a key source of knowledge on Airwallex configuration topics for pricing and capability configuration.
•Work with account executives to amend Airwallex account pricings per commercial requests.
•Partner with solution engineers to gather, validate, and apply configuration requests to enable client-fit capabilities.
•Collaborate with commercial, operations, and product teams to identify and summarize onboarding process improvement opportunities.
•Develop and manage on-shore functional programs and projects and maintain customer account settings and pricing across the customer lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: ILS 32,000 - 45,000 monthly

•Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the payment industry or operations at a technology company.
