Job Summary

Lead ERP delivery projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM across ASG (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Manage end-to-end ERP implementations, coach a 25-person Delivery Lead Community, align with sales on proposals, and drive strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice in a multinational, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including project planning, governance, budgeting, and quality management
•Act as the single point of contact for customer and team challenges, building project teams and guiding them across onshore and offshore locations
•Drive agile project delivery in line with Avanade methodologies and continuously improve delivery practices
•Oversee the professional development of around 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community in ASG, including coaching, knowledge transfer and best-practice establishment
•Support the sales team in creating proposals and contribute to the strategic evolution of the ASG ERP Practice

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with strong client management skills
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions
•Ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) and work in an international environment
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
•Fluency in German and English (min B2); additional languages are a plus
