Customer Engineering Technician

Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on Applied Materials systems within assigned territories, verifying operational quality and handling escalations for down situations. Execute scheduled maintenance routines (daily through annual), including wet cleans, and assist with troubleshooting process variations with support from senior engineers. Lead day-to-day customer satisfaction for assigned accounts by instructing customers on operation/maintenance, coordinating support plans, and performing start-up, warranty, paid service, and service contract activities.
