Key Responsibilities

•Lead and undertake building surveys, condition assessments and defect diagnosis work
•Deliver technical reports, specifications, and feasibility studies to a high standard
•Manage and administer projects, including refurbishment and planned works programmes
•Act as Contract Administrator, including site inspections, valuations, and progress reporting
•Deliver dilapidations instructions and support negotiations where required

Key Requirements

•Degree in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited related discipline
•MRICS qualified (or working towards with relevant progress)
•1–2 years’ experience within a consultancy or similar environment
•Strong technical knowledge of building construction, pathology, and refurbishment
•Experience in project delivery and contract administration
