Establish scalable HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across regulated jurisdictions, align HR practices with local requirements, and build performance and accountability standards. Implement and scale HR systems, data, and analytics for decision-making and operational excellence.

•Lead the full global HR function across all business units.

•Drive global hiring strategy and leadership capability building to ensure the organization can scale at speed.
•Establish robust and scalable HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across licensed and regulated jurisdictions.
