Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day interior and finishing execution at site, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • •Oversee installation and execution of flooring, ceiling works, joinery/carpentry, painting and wall finishes, modular furniture/fixtures, and partitions/false ceilings.
  • •Conduct regular quality inspections, verify materials against specifications, manage mock-ups/sample approvals, and close snag lists.
  • •Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensure adequate manpower, track productivity and schedule adherence, and support verification of bills and completion certifications.
  • •Maintain planning/coordination and safety compliance, and keep daily and weekly/monthly progress documentation through project handover and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of experience executing interior fit-out and finishing works.
  • •Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use developments.
  • •Exposure to luxury interior projects and high-end finishing standards (preferred).
  • •Certifications related to Interior Fit-Out, Quality Control, or Project Management (added advantage).
