Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an escalation point for team members and clients and act as an OTC/FX Product SME.
  • •Manage OTC/FX operational processes including trade affirmation/confirmation, settlement of swap cash flows, and proper operational reflection of OTC/FX trades.
  • •Book corporate actions and dividends/coupons for accurate position and P/L attribution, and process periodic resets for vanilla and exotic IRS, CDS, and Equity OTC products.
  • •Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies between client and swap counterparties through timely liaison with trading desks, control groups, and counterparties.
  • •Work with IT to develop and enhance the trade management system and assist in training staff globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).
  • •Five plus years of experience in FX or OTC structured and derivatives products operations, including settlement of OTC structured and derivatives products.
  • •Experience reviewing documentation for OTC structured and derivatives products.
  • •Proficiency with TradeServ, MarkitWire/MarkitTradeManager, and eConfirm platforms (preferred).
  • •Strong math/analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication with strong organization and attention to detail.
