Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a portfolio of projects to help clients gain development consent.
  • •Manage the preparation of EIA Screening Reports, Scoping Reports, and Environmental Statements, including technical review of specialist chapters.
  • •Coordinate resources, delegate activities, monitor project delivery, and manage project budgets.
  • •Collaborate with integrated design teams to identify environmental constraints, avoid impacts, and develop mitigation solutions.
  • •Support business opportunities through fee and technical proposal development and mentor/support staff development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs to infrastructure development projects, including managing EIA projects and environmental assessment methods.
  • •Proven experience successfully managing EIA projects and applicable planning legislation, with distinct advantage in energy generation and energy distribution/transmission.
  • •Ability to collaborate with specialist technical teams and confidently engage with a wide variety of stakeholder groups.
  • •Strong verbal and report-writing skills, including technical reviewing with attention to detail.
  • •A degree in a relevant environmental discipline (preferably a Masters) and an appropriate professional membership; Chartered Environmentalist status (or progressing) and interest in line management/mentoring.
