Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end accounting operations for all non-US subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under US GAAP and local standards.
  • •Manage statutory compliance and local filing requirements across international jurisdictions with local advisors and external auditors.
  • •Lead month-end and quarter-end close for international entities, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for international audit activities, coordinating documentation, responses, and deliverables.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop two Senior Accountants; drive process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant exposure to international, multi-entity accounting.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with local statutory reporting across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification (strongly preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
  • •Proven ability to manage and develop a team with strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
