Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of retail operational initiatives across the ANZ store network and drive operational consistency.
  • •Coordinate and communicate operational processes, policies, and updates; identify opportunities to improve store efficiency.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for maintenance providers, landlords, contractors, and other vendors; coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
  • •Maintain operational trackers, reporting dashboards, and project timelines; analyze operational data for insights.
  • •Support day-to-day store operational guidance and coordinate operational supplies, equipment, and uniforms while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or a similar retail environment.
  • •Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • •Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with multi-site retail support experience highly regarded.
