Job Summary

Lead complex transportation planning and land-use studies, including development applications, plan amendments, rezoning, site plans, and plats. Conduct research and produce statistical reports, coordinate with community stakeholders, and present findings to advisory boards and elected officials. Perform field inspections to ensure projects comply with approved plans, and work on regional programs spanning natural/water resources planning, hazard mitigation, and coastal zone management. Experience with SATURN/VISSIM VDM and transport modeling guidance is required.

•Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
•Working toward chartered status (ICE / CIHT / TPS) is preferred.
