Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft store briefs and develop end-to-end project plans, timelines, and schedules from groundbreaking through store opening.
  • •Manage project budgets and construction costs, including invoice review, change orders, and minimizing overspending.
  • •Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors; conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • •Coordinate store layout improvements and readiness for sales operations, including fixtures, signage, merchandising installations, stock allocation, and warehouse organization.
  • •Design and manage facility management strategy; supervise extraordinary interventions and ordinary/extraordinary maintenance, and provide leadership to the Facility Coordinator/Specialist.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in retail project management, with proven luxury retail project management experience.
  • •University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction (preferred).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Excellent understanding of design drawings and project documentation.
  • •Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
