Delivery Project Manager - Heritage Assets (DEL 5)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of heritage asset construction projects, from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and standards. Manage on-site construction activities with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialists, maintaining compliance with preservation guidelines and relevant regulations. Own project schedules, budgets, progress reporting, risk management, and quality control. Coordinate communications across stakeholders, including government and cultural agencies, and archive preservation records and as-built documentation.
