Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and plan costs, and present the final cost plan.
  • •Manage tendering activities, pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, analysis, and reports.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances and change control, producing cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Lead cost management activities with clients and consultants; negotiate and agree on final accounts and input learnings into internal databases.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • •MRICS qualified or working towards MRICS.
  • •UK cost management experience within the real estate/property sector.
  • •Experience working on larger projects and on new build and fit-out projects.
  • •Excellent, client-facing communication skills.
