Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide deep end-to-end contract lifecycle management, ensuring value maximization through category and contracting.
  • •Source and procure highly complex contracting requirements, leading tender negotiation and evaluating commercial/contractual matters.
  • •Prepare and manage procurement timelines and plans for the duration of projects, including support for current frameworks.
  • •Proactively manage contracts and claims, resolving issues/disputes, assessing contract variations, and reviewing supplier contract submittals within contractual timescales.
  • •Ensure contract compliance across the contract duration by monitoring deliverables, managing variations/claims, reporting governance updates, and maintaining extensive records.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant demonstrable experience in contracts management, preferably within the Energy sector.
  • •Experience in contract management across the full life cycle of offshore/onshore projects, including contract change management and contract claim management.
  • •Extensive knowledge of contracts for offshore/onshore operations and the financial analysis/reporting of project budgets.
  • •Bachelor’s degree qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or equivalent.
  • •MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification would be preferred but not essential.
