Key Responsibilities

•Drive project resourcing and budget management to maintain profitable and predictable project performance.
•Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
•Oversee man-loading planning to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
•Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control reports, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•Manage project changes proactively to minimize risk and maintain scope alignment.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering.
•7+ years of experience in consulting, focused on mining and/or heavy industrial projects.
•Minimum 3 years of project management experience overseeing multidisciplinary project teams.
•Designation as EIT, CET or P.Eng in BC desired.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
