Key Responsibilities

•Deliver ground engineering projects from concept through to operation for UK clients, ensuring alignment with technical standards and client requirements.
•Lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers/geologists.
•Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable ground engineering solutions.
•Support business growth by contributing to proposals, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.
•Travel within the UK as required to support project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
•Progress towards Chartered status would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
•Demonstrable understanding of current design codes, standards, and best practices in geotechnical design.
•Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level, with an ability to inspire and lead teams.
•Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
