Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors in day-to-day QC operations.
  • •Evaluate incoming material samples and perform pre and post pour measurement checks on precast parts.
  • •Inspect cages, forms, and parts during in-process and finished stages.
  • •Test samples using a cylinder break machine, pull samples from the floor, and distribute reports as necessary.
  • •Ensure QC staff follow standards and escalate issues to the supervisor/manager; coordinate with outside agencies as a point of contact.

Key Requirements
