Client Service Manager (CSM) - Corporate Trust Issuer Services (Central, Hong Kong Island, HK)

Serve as the dedicated client advocate for Corporate Trust Issuer Services clients, delivering consistently high client management and a first-class end-to-end experience. Coordinate support with internal teams and act as the primary escalation point for an assigned portfolio. Oversee post-closing day-to-day servicing and manage client enquiries, consents/amendments, covenant submissions, and transaction reviews. Lead cash-flow modelling and investor/regulatory reporting across securitisation and loan transactions.
