Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure material meets quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content, etc.).
  • •Perform setups and feed material according to specifications.
  • •Periodically check equipment to ensure specifications are being met.
  • •Offload, stack, and prepare finished product components per established procedures.
  • •Complete pre-shift startup inspections, maintain production records, and perform LOTO and preventive maintenance as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • •Minimum 3 months of experience using saws or similar equipment; some manufacturing/assembling experience is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math is preferred.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Ability to follow safety and quality procedures, rules, and established standards.
