Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop disk hardware through Forge and Heat Treat processes, including finite element analysis and tooling shape definition.
  • •Create engineering drawings for raw material, laboratory testing sample locations, and forge tooling.
  • •Analyze survey data to confirm parts meet mechanical property requirements and follow parts through gated development phases to delivery.
  • •Provide operational engineering support to develop technologies/processes supporting cost reduction and growth targets.
  • •Lead corrective action efforts (RCCA/DIVEs) for non-conformance and drive process control improvements to meet quality and customer expectations.

Key Requirements
