Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule all production activities and maintain level, efficient capacity loads across work centers.
  • •Create and maintain long-range build plans based on sales backlog and forecasted orders; release weekly plant schedules by work center.
  • •Create and release job work orders for travelers to production and schedule jobs upon receipt of travelers from engineering.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with manufacturing, project management, engineering, and purchasing to meet manufacturing economics and customer responsiveness.
  • •Monitor capacity/work center loads, manage job completion cycles, report job status/shipping in weekly meetings, and resolve data and valuation issues.
