•Shift capabilities from siloed features to reusable, self-service components, patterns, and APIs to enable faster internal value delivery.
•Ensure billing administration, product catalogue, and incentive workflows are reliable, scalable, and robust to evolving business demands.
•Partner with Product Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, and Data teams to streamline revenue-critical operational workflows and unblock cross-surface complexities.
•Define durable success metrics (e.g., expansion, activation, billing retention) to validate system performance and business health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 176,000 - 200,000 annually
