Key Responsibilities

  • •Process ACH disputes.
  • •Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing ACH files and same-day ACH transactions.
  • •Process ACH returns, chargebacks, IATs, authorization requests, and exception items.
  • •Provide customer service for ACH returns and authorization requests to bank employees.
  • •Assist with fraud detection and research while performing BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job training, with 12 to 18 months related experience in data processing/clerical/administrative/equipment operation.
  • •Experience with ACH and banking systems.
  • •Familiarity with NACHA Operating Rules (FIS Bankway is a plus).
  • •Intermediate 10-key and alphanumeric data entry skills; ability to navigate various software.
  • •Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; able to work in a team and under minimal supervision with sometimes tight schedules.
