Job Summary

Own compensation solutioning for GTM talent while managing compensation processes across the employee lifecycle. Partner with founders and senior leadership to co-create compensation models aligned to the overall compensation philosophy, including job architecture, comp frameworks, and pay-for-performance design. Deliver enterprise-wide compensation programs and frameworks with strong operational rigor, data-backed recommendations, and thoughtful tradeoffs for offers, promotions, retention, and leveling.

•Provide compensation solutioning for GTM talent, covering ~40% of the role’s scope.
•Manage compensation processes across the employee life cycle, covering ~30% of the role’s scope.
•Contribute to building and delivering enterprise-wide compensation programs and frameworks, covering ~30% of the role’s scope.
•Use compensation frameworks and market data to inform decisions on offers, promotions, leveling, retention, transfers, and org changes.
•Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to pre-empt business needs and drive outcomes across competing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,200 - 299,550 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep compensation expertise including job architecture, comp frameworks, market pricing, and global compensation practices.
•Experience designing pay-for-performance and managing year-end and midyear pay cycles.
•Advanced analytical skills to synthesize complex compensation data into clear recommendations, including strong spreadsheet modeling.
•Deep expertise in tech compensation practices, especially new-hire and refresh equity strategies.
•Ability to balance compensation knowledge with business solutioning using a first-principles approach.
