Coordinate concrete production activities at a concrete batching plant to ensure production and delivery meet customer quality standards. Monitor and manage production flow performance against specific KPI targets, program and optimize production costs, and prepare production reports and required documents. Support planning of human resources with the production manager to deliver on time and maintain organized site traffic flows in line with procedures.
