Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore and develop key technologies for an AI infra stack, including AI training/inference platforms and AI agent infrastructure.
  • •Build prototypes to verify the functionality and performance of key components or new innovations.
  • •Contribute to the development and research of the compute infrastructure platform within the Compute-US team.
  • •Collaborate with teammates to communicate and advance technical concepts.
  • •Showcase research findings and products through academic publications.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience in at least one area such as LLM training/inference or Physical AI infrastructure (training, inference, simulation, RL, synthetic data, etc.).
  • •Ability to work independently and complete projects from beginning to end in a timely manner.
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills to clearly communicate technical concepts with teammates.
  • •Experience contributing code to open source communities such as PyTorch, vLLM, or SGlang, and/or publications in relevant computer science conferences (e.g., OSDI, MLSYS).
