Support Relationship Directors by identifying customer needs and product/service opportunities, conducting customer research, and performing financial and credit analysis to prepare for meetings. Take an active role as first point of contact for daily credit enquiries, participate in deal discussions, and prepare analysis, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate credit applications/renewals, manage risk escalation, and help maintain accurate data and reporting.
