Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the flawless execution of the operations plan for procurement across pod(s), sites, and brands, driving zero missed boxes, ingredient subs, and costing overages.
  • •Manage escalations quickly and coordinate effective communication through production facilities and vendors.
  • •Execute weekly ops, including accurate weekly costing, scrubbing, invoice approvals, and support of finance research; handle credits/refunds/RTVs.
  • •Ensure launches are completed on time and accurately for all SKUs, with smooth rollout of changes and tracking of success metrics.
  • •Lead continuous improvement projects end to end, identifying process bottlenecks and operational risks and developing corrective action plans using data.
