Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • •Provide leadership and direction for HSE initiatives to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures to mitigate incidents.
  • •Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training and monitor HSE performance metrics, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2+ years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • •Strong leadership and strategic planning to develop and implement HSE programs and initiatives.
  • •ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—required; plus a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Engineering and a Level 6 Diploma in OHS or NEBOSH professional degree.
