Key Responsibilities

•Resolve inquiries related to Aon Client Services (ACS) and support more complex inquiries and client projects
•Identify and retrieve compliance documentation for renewals, invoices, surplus lines filings, and other ACS deliverables
•Support renewal processing, invoicing, auto IDs, surplus lines, emergency certificates, endorsements, vehicle suspensions, and other client requests
•Mentor and assist junior staff with complex account functions
•Ensure accuracy of records in Bridge & Broker Desktop and coordinate with outsourced providers to ensure timely outputs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of commercial insurance/office experience, a plus; recent college graduate considered
•Strong Excel and Word skills; some VBA/lookups a plus
•Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with external and internal clients
•Must maintain or obtain an insurance broker license within 6 months of hire
•Understanding of operational processes and ability to work with moderate guidance and supervision
