Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on local labour law and statutory requirements.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for HR and Workplace Ops inquiries for Poland employees.
  • •Own end-to-end local onboarding and manage smooth offboarding processes.
  • •Provide administration for people systems (e.g., Workday) and maintain clean, accurate employee data in the HRIS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, growing global tech company.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Polish laws, guidelines, and employment compliance requirements.
  • •Experience working with HR systems, ideally Workday, and Google Suite.
  • •Fluent Polish proficiency and fluent written and spoken English.
