Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite and manage supply chain customer escalations across build-to-order, retail, channel, and build-to-stock with ODMs.
  • •Govern and drive right part lead times with regions and execute playbooks to maximize IDC and end-of-quarter invoiced shipments and finished goods inventory control.
  • •Drive retail and build-to-stock “must arrive at hub” performance.
  • •Manage pre-production order flow including illegal orders, PO rejections, and order re-assignments.
  • •Ensure process adherence and standardization across regions through regular communications and formal reviews; coordinate with production control, procurement, and manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year relevant production management experience working on global programs/projects.
  • •Excellent communication and networking skills in English (Mandarin speaking preferred).
  • •IT literate in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic scripting knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Ability to work flexi hours when needed.
  • •Goal-oriented and disciplined with proven leadership across multi-year programs.
