Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and verification of motor drive systems, including power/control electronics, converter topologies, and motor control algorithms.
  • •Own technical architecture and key design decisions for motor drive products across the development lifecycle.
  • •Lead and coordinate technical activities across electronics, software, firmware, and test engineering for motor drive activities.
  • •Collaborate with mechanical and systems leads to integrate the motor drive controller subsystem into the overall actuation architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience designing, developing and verifying motor drive systems and power electronic converters.
  • •Strong expertise in power electronics design, including inverter topologies, gate drive circuits, and switch-mode power supplies.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.
  • •Strong communication skills to engage with engineering teams, customers, program leadership, and certification bodies.
