Support and enhance Salesforce technology underpinning critical Sales and Customer Service workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud capabilities including Cases, Entitlements, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.
•Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for complex requirements.
•Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs using governor limit best practices.
•Configure and customize Service Cloud features (Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, CTI integrations, Live Agent/Chat) and build automated workflows with Flow/Process/Approvals.
•Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events, manage data migrations, and run GitHub Actions-based CI/CD deployments while monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,400 - 192,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud implementations.
•Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
•Deep expertise configuring Service Cloud (Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, SLAs, Entitlement Management).
•Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
•Active Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum); Platform Developer II preferred.
