Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions, defining work packages and driving completion against launch-anchored deadlines.
  • •Maintain the Customer Offering Portfolio, identify capability deltas for upcoming missions, and drive new capability development with product and engineering teams.
  • •Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to deliver customer value by ensuring required capabilities, plans, and tooling are in place on time.
  • •Connect Customer Delivery to product planning by representing operational and customer constraints and managing deployment of new features into operational use.
  • •Drive cross-functional coordination and status clarity by running reviews, reporting progress/risks/blockers, and keeping leadership and customers aligned.

Key Requirements

  • •~8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
  • •~3 years as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or product-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM), leading cross-functional programs from definition through ship.
  • •Experience deploying products into production or operational environments, including release readiness, cross-team dependency management, and post-deployment quality.
  • •Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry with working knowledge of spacecraft systems, mission operations, or payload development.
  • •Direct experience working with external customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
