Job Summary

Own end-to-end close and financial reporting, including the general ledger and technical accounting, while building the systems and controls that let the company scale. Drive technical accounting decisions across revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, multi-entity reporting, and capitalization policies. •Own monthly close end-to-end, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, tax, and technical accounting to deliver accurate, timely financials.
•Design and document accounting controls, policies, and processes that scale with the business.
•Drive technical accounting decisions across revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, multi-entity reporting, and capitalization policies.
•Evaluate and implement scalable finance tools and systems (ERP, AP/AR, payroll, and adjacent platforms).
•Partner with Strategic Finance, Legal, and Operations on reporting packages, board/investor materials, and contract and financial control structures.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 or equivalent audit experience.
•Deep working knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and technical accounting.
•Demonstrated experience implementing modern financial systems and ERPs such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, Bill, and Rippling.
•Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex financial insights into clear narrative.
•Experience standing up an accounting function from scratch in an early-stage or hyper-scaling company (bonus).
