Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end shopping mall development and redevelopment projects for mixed-use environments, from feasibility and planning through execution and handover. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated projects and stronger retail and lifestyle experiences. Own business-case development, due diligence, consultant/partner management, governance and stakeholder approvals, and commercial performance through budgets, forecasts, procurement, and risk/health reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex mixed-use developments, managing workstreams from feasibility and planning through execution and handover.
•Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure integrated project delivery across areas including Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Design, Operations, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle & Entertainment, and Finance.
•Drive feasibility and development planning, including business cases, development scenarios, masterplan assessments, site due diligence, and strategic recommendations.
•Manage consultants, operators, and delivery partners to align design solutions with commercial objectives, operational requirements, customer experience goals, and development strategy.
•Oversee governance, stakeholder management, budgets/forecasts/cost plans, procurement and contract reviews, risk registers/mitigation plans, and stage-gate compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Law, or a related field.
•11+ years’ experience in real estate development, mixed-use projects, retail, hospitality, investment, strategy, or large-scale development environments.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders, business units, consultants, and external partners.
•Strong knowledge of development processes, feasibility studies, governance, commercial coordination, project delivery, and preferably UAE regulatory/authority approvals.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; commercially minded and solutions-focused in ambiguous, shifting-priority environments.
